Pod Style: We have small size groups intended to be stable to facilitate building connections and lowering risk of covid-19 contagion.
Payment: All payments are due in advance. Families must pay per session which include 4-5 days of camp. Payment due first day of session.
Before camp: Parents need to fill up emergency and waiver forms, in order to participate.
Cancelation due weather conditions: Classes happen rain-or-shine, unless unsafe weather conditions or air pollution. Cancelations will be notified 3 hours prior camp via message. I will reschedule at a later day or following week.
Refunds will not be given if a student is sick, on vacation or any other personal reason.
Hygiene
Students are required to bring a just-washed mask to camp.
We wash or sanitize our hands upon arrival, before snack-lunch and after bathroom.
I always have sanitizer (alcohol based) with me.
I always carry a First Aid package in case of minor injuries.
Covid-19
Teacher and Aids are fully vaccinated
We follow CDC guidance for operating Youth Camps
Mask indoors: As today mask is %100 required while indoors. Ex. Library, bathrooms, museums. Participant students need to bring a mask in their backpacks always.
Mask outdoors: As today non-required or optional. However, if you want your children to wear a mask, let me know to keep an eye on it.
Do not attend camp if you child has covid-19 related symptoms. Your child can resume camp if negative test is presented or 7 days after symptoms onset.
Illness: If student gets ill during camp, I will isolate the student and contact parents or other emergency contacts to pick up.
